goddamn this track is genius
I am a sucker for dark moody Italo-Disco with badly spoken broken English vocals and 'Time Out' is one of the best examples of this mirco/sub genre...I had no idea that Florio Time was a radio station so thanks for that bit of Italo info. Its a real shame that the Italian website asked you to take the stuff down, this is such a relatively obscure track and the background information is hardly of 'mainstream' interest!
